Call For Entry - Form and Function Group Show at Canal Street Art Gallery

Canal Street Art Gallery presents: the ‘Form and Function’ group show, open October 16th through December 13th. Join the gallery on October 16th from 5pm to 7pm for Bellows Falls 3rd Friday and an opening reception for the artists. All gallery events are free and open to the public, for wheelchair accessibility call 802-289-0104. 

The ‘Form and Function’ group show adds to Canal Street Art Gallery’s Form and Function Shop by offering more artists working in a wider range of mediums the chance to exhibit. The Form and Function show offers artwork made to be held, touched, worn and looked at. These pieces are hand crafted by the artists with materials such as silk, wool, metal, cordage, glass, ceramic and wood. Each artwork is original and usable.

Canal Street Art Gallery is located at 23 Canal Street, in Historic Downtown Bellows Falls, Vermont, and is open Tuesday through Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm, Sundays 11:00am to 4:00pm and the 3rd Friday of every month until 7:00pm. Exhibition Requirements For All Shows

• Original artworks, created by the artist, must be submitted.
• All artwork must be for sale.
• Two-dimensional work must be wired to hang, framed, or otherwise ready to install.
• Three-dimensional work must be delivered with any necessary stands or bases.
• Jewelry must be delivered with displays, individually packed.
• Include any special handling or installation instructions.
